I cannot log in on cruisemiles site anymore.

Now that Ron is no longer working, it appears the site is dead.

Please, please, please.... Let this finally be the end.

I've hang in there, having no hope of getting cruises nor money back.

Sick of this joker manipulating people in this way.

I hope, so much, justice or karma finally brings this deceptive man DOWN!

If you have any new information about what's happening with the website.

Anything else to share with others about RL, please post on here.

Let's hope somebody can help bring this evil conman down.

Richard Lester... you should be ashamed of the things you have done!!!

Monetary Loss: $7000.

Why has Ebay and Paypal done nothing to help buyers get their money back from cruisemiles voucher sellers on Ebay..because they got their cut of losing and sales..

shame on them their policy to get your money back is worthless. They are just as guilty as the sellers in this fraud.

At least the credit cards have a 6 month policy, paypal(ebay)only have 45 days which we all know is worthless because the cruises were only cancelled way after that date.Surely Yvonne B and Tommy G. will be happy to refund you as they were all for defending Richard lester.Yvonne looking at her facebook page seems very compassionate if your a dog,so I guess Richard being a dog got to her.

Yvonne B was never an agent and lost a substantial amount of money.

No but she doesn't seem to mind as she is still friends with the dishonest dog.She was defending Richard and that my friend made more members throw even more money in this scam.It was unsustainable and anybody that had the real picture which was always deleted from the cruisemiles website knew it from the first time all was restarted, refreshed and the terms and conditions changed on a monthly basis on top of the major change from vouchers to miles...all of this was for the appearance of new and improved cruises for more miles for more $$ but was all to delay as all the debt was just being forwarded, and that is why he should be in jail. This should have been shut down 2 years before as we all know only about 5% were actualy cruising the last year and most were always the same lucky few.Picking the agents, tommy as the only one with the rccl that was not cancelled shows you how it was runned.

Remember all the excuses,100's of them, from rccl, celebrity, etc not wanting there cruise on auction?they all were not even aware of the auctions.

An honest human being would have stopped taking money the minute the cruises that were auctioned or sold were not paid in full..so that was many years ago and let's not start in the charging cc from one member to pay for another members booking.

Correct she was never an agent selling miles but I do find it strange that she really does not seem to care about all the pounds she lost and it was quite a bit.Why she is still friends with the thief is a mystery to me.

He knew darn well he had no $$ to pay for the cruises after the relaunch as miles sales were non existent and everything else he spouted in that long forum post was total bulls**t.

All that rubbish about parterships and secured funding was a lie and for that alone he should be in jail for deceiving the members.

I urge EVERYONE who filed a complaint on the UK police form they initiated in regards to CM, to email them constantly and demand action and an update.

If we don't NO ONE ELSE WILL.Don't let this thief get away from stealing millions of $$ from the members while this fat slob lives the life of Riley.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T FILED WITH THE ESSEX POLICE...

Please contact them as soon as possible giving as much detail as you can about how much money you have invested, what cruises you booked and subsequently had cancelled etc.etc.: They will then forward you a Police Witness Statement and issue you a report number.

Contact:------ leanne.smith@essex.pnn.police.uk-------

This is a genuine email address for the Detective investigation Mr.

Lester's Ponzi Travel Scheme. Currently Cruisemiles is being investigated by AucitonFraud, U.K., the Essex Police, The U.K. Taxation Authority. to name just a few.

There have also been reports made to BBC 1 watchdog programme and other Consumer Affairs media driven programmes globally.

I urge you to file a complaint and do it as soon as possible.

Sadly there are still Cruisemile's members out there than haven't realized they've been had.

If you haven’t lodged a formal complaint with any of the authorities who are capable of investigating Mr.Lester, here are some links.

(I tried posting this comment on a couple of the other threads a few of hours ago but the information has not yet appeared; possibly because I have used email addresses.

I'll now replace the " . " with "full stop" (no spaces) and hope you get the idea. Apologies if this comment appears twice.)

I got part way through notifying these companies when I was locked out of the Cruisemiles web site.

I’ve only managed to notify Virgin ( positive response) and Tescos. This is especially important if Mr. Lester manages to sell the company Cruisemiles. These companies do not want to be associated with a Ponzi Scheme no...

They also need to know that in many cases the points promised for booking through Cruisemile's web site never eventuated despite Mr. Lester receiving commissions. I’m also having trouble locating a contact for the company (or possibly trade union membership benefits scheme) offering discounts at The Rare Cow on behalf of the NHS. It might be helpful to let this organisation know of Mr.

Lester’s poor business practise as well.

If there is anyone out there who is a staff member of NHS can you please post a contact address for their benefits scheme.Would also be interested to know what UK authority administers worker's rights (on behalf of those Cruisemile's staff members who were allegedly never paid.)
